Composition and Performance:

This paint is a two-component, room-temperature curing epoxy coating composed of epoxy resin, micaceous iron oxide anti-rust additives, curing agents, and other materials. The paint film exhibits excellent adhesion, flexibility, water resistance, and anti-rust properties.

Application:

This paint is suitable for use on moisture-resistant and anti-corrosive steel surfaces. As a high-performance anti-rust primer and protective primer film (such as epoxy zinc-rich primer or inorganic zinc-rich primer), it enhances the overall protective performance of the coating system.

Coating Compatibility and Construction:

1. Compatible with previous coatings such as epoxy zinc-rich primer.

2. Compatible with subsequent topcoats such as epoxy asphalt topcoat, epoxy topcoat, and chlorinated rubber topcoat.

3. Before application, mix components A and B of this paint in the specified ratio, stir thoroughly, and allow to mature for half an hour before application.

4. Mixing ratio: Main paint (Component A) : Curing agent (Component B) = 6:1. The mixed paint is suitable for use within 8 hours at 25°C.

5. This paint can be applied using brushing, rolling, or high-pressure airless spraying methods.

6. Adjust viscosity using epoxy-specific thinners according to the chosen application method.

7. Note: Curing reaction slows down when the application temperature is below 10°C.

Shelf Life: One year

Storage, Transportation, and Safety:

The product has a shelf life of one year. If the product quality meets technical specifications after expiration, it can still be used.

The product should be stored in a well-ventilated, dry warehouse. Avoid direct sunlight, isolate from fire sources, keep away from heat sources, and protect from rain, impact, and collision.
